SY™
In addition to their high load capacity, our SY (steel backing + CuSn10Pb10 with indents) product range has very good resistance to fatigue strength when operating in high temperatures, making them suitable for rough operating conditions. This product range is particularly appropriate for high specific loads with oscillating motion and low frequency and has been designed with indents that act as grease reservoirs for greater convenience.
These bearings are perfect for industrial applications such as earth moving equipment, agricultural equipment, material handling equipment, as well as excavators, suspensions for hydraulic cylinders and more.
SP™
Our SP product range is similar to the SY (steel backing + CuSn2Pb26) product range described above, and is suitable for many industrial applications. SP is also used in automobile applications such as steering gears, power steering, steering knuckle pins, lift gate bearings and more.
This steel-backed range is made for lubricated applications with plain sliding layers and is suitable for oil and grease lubrication. In addition, the bush ID can be machined by boring, reaming, broaching or calibrating.
