Founded in 1971, we began by making forged blanks for hardware, tools and mechanical parts. In 1991, to meet increasing demand for car and motorcycle parts, we diverted to adopt closed-die forging process that helps turn out items of exactingness exceeding average standards in terms of tolerance (in both shape and spec) and manufacturing accuracy, thus eliminating at least a mechanical-processing cycle to save raw materials and cut costs.
Using carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloy, we produce wide-ranging items, including car/motorbike parts, hardware, mechanical parts & accessories, watercraft parts and lawnmower parts, as well as precision gears, drive shafts, crankshafts, balance shafts, connecting rods, etc. ISO 9001:2000-certified in 2003, we moved to a plant in Wufeng, Taichung County, Taiwan in 2008, where, equipped with large, advanced stamping and forging presses, we’ve substantially enhanced our production capacity to meet increasing demands. TS16949-approved in 2009, we now have a monthly capacity of about one million forged items (100g-30kg), and also engage in final-stage processing and finishing. Continually providing all-round services, we accept OEM and ODM orders, and welcome custom samples for joint product development.
